للمعلومات التي ترسلها عبر نموذج التواصل.
المعلومات التي نجمعها
الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، الجهة إن أدخلتها، مجال الاهتمام ونص الرسالة.
نحفظ أيضًا وقت الإرسال ولغة النموذج وحالة متابعة الطلب وملاحظات
الفريق. لا ترسل كلمات مرور أو بيانات مالية أو مستندات سرية في النموذج.
كيف نستخدمها
نستخدم المعلومات لمراجعة طلبك والرد عليه ومتابعة فرص الشراكة أو
الاستثمار التي تواصلت بشأنها. لا نضيفك تلقائيًا إلى قوائم تسويقية ولا
نبيع معلوماتك.
التخزين والوصول
تُحفظ الرسائل في قاعدة بيانات الموقع، ويطّلع عليها مدير الموقع المصرّح
له. قد تعالج خدمات الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات البيانات بالقدر اللازم
لتشغيل الموقع، وقد تكون خوادمها خارج بلدك. نحتفظ بالمعلومات ما دامت
لازمة لمتابعة الطلب، ويمكنك طلب حذفها أو تصحيحها عبر وسيلة التواصل
أدناه.
ملفات الارتباط والحماية
لا يضيف الموقع أدوات تتبع إعلانية أو تحليلات للزوار. يستخدم قسم
الإدارة Cloudflare Access وملفات ارتباط ضرورية للتحقق من البريد وتسجيل
الدخول، وفق مدة الجلسة المضبوطة للإدارة. نحفظ تفضيل إيقاف الحركة
محليًا في المتصفح. تُستخدم معرفات مشتقة من عنوان الاتصال لتقييد إرسال
الرسائل مؤقتًا، وقد تحتفظ منصة الاستضافة بسجلات تشغيلية خاصة بها.

Privacy policy
This page explains how SIYAQ Digital Solutions uses the information
you submit through our contact form.
Information we collect
Your name, email address, optional organization, area of interest and
message. We also store the submission time, form language, follow-up
status and internal notes. Please do not submit passwords, financial
information or confidential documents through this form.
How we use it
We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry, and
follow up on the partnership or investment opportunity you contacted
us about. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing lists or
sell your information.
Storage and access
Messages are stored in the website database and are accessible to the
authorized site administrator. Hosting and database providers may
process information as needed to operate the website, and their
servers may be outside your country. We retain information while it is
needed to follow up on your inquiry. You may request correction or
deletion using the contact below.
Cookies and security
The website does not add advertising trackers or visitor analytics.
The administration area uses Cloudflare Access and necessary cookies
for email verification and sign-in, for the configured session
duration. We store your motion preference locally in your browser.
Identifiers derived from connection addresses are used temporarily to
limit submissions. The hosting platform may keep its own operational
logs.
